Introducing our Compassionate RSO Program: Providing Support for Pediatric Cancer Patients

At Emerald Bay Extracts, we believe in the power of compassion and the healing properties of RSO. In an effort to support the brave young warriors battling pediatric cancer, we are proud to launch our Compassionate RSO Program. This initiative aims to provide qualified medical pediatric cancer patients with free access to high-quality RSO products.

Our Commitment to Compassion:

At the core of our mission is a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those facing health challenges. We understand the unique needs of pediatric cancer patients and the potential benefits that RSO may offer in alleviating symptoms and enhancing overall well-being.

What is SB-34:

Beginning March 1, 2020, California law provides that cannabis retailers may donate free medicinal cannabis or medicinal cannabis products (medicinal cannabis) to medicinal cannabis patients, or cannabis licensees may donate free medicinal cannabis to cannabis retailers for subsequent donation to medicinal cannabis patients. This bill currently expires in 2025.

Who qualifes as a medicinal cannabis patient? A medicinal cannabis patient is a qualifed patient who possesses a qualifying physician’s recommendation, or a qualifed patient or the patient’s primary caregiver with a valid Medical Marijuana Identifcation Card issued by the California Department of Public Health.

Who Qualifies:

Our Compassionate RSO Program is specifically designed for pediatric cancer patients who meet the following criteria:

1. Cannabis Qualification: A valid Medical Marijuana ID Card or physician’s recommendation.

2. Medical Qualification: A valid current or past medical diagnosis of pediatric cancer. Non-cancer pediatric patients with cannabis needs may apply and will be reviewed by our team.

3. Financial Need: Demonstrated financial need or hardship.

How It Works:

Application Process: Interested individuals can apply for the program through our website or by contacting our compassionate care team directly.

Qualification Review: Our team will carefully review each application to ensure that it meets the specified criteria. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and dignity of each applicant.

Product Selection: Once approved, participants will have the opportunity to select from a range of carefully curated RSO products tailored to their individual needs.

Delivery: We understand that convenience is crucial during challenging times. Therefore, all products will be delivered directly to a compassion retail partner in the patients general area. Each patient or caregiver will need to pick up the RSO from the retail partner, this will be at no cost to the patient as long as SB-34 is active.

Why Choose Our Compassionate RSO Program:

Quality Assurance: Our RSO products are sourced from reputable suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and purity standards.

Expert Guidance: Participants in the program will have access to our knowledgeable team for guidance on product selection and usage.

Holistic Support: We believe in a holistic approach to well-being. In addition to providing RSO products, we are committed to supporting the overall health and comfort of pediatric cancer patients.

Community Connection: By joining our program, participants become part of a compassionate community, sharing experiences and finding strength together.
